Hey there, it’s November🍁 The best time of the year for outdoor activities and exploring the nature! We’ve prepared something to fuel you for adventures —— CREAMY POTATO SOUP!


Here are what you need:

● 60ml olive oil

● 1.4kg sliced green cabbage

● 1 medium sweet onion, sliced 🧅

● 8 medium potatoes,chopped 🥔

● 3 medium carrots, chopped 🥕

● 1.4L of vegetable broth

● 2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided

● 177ml (vegan) sour cream

● 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill (optional)


Follow the steps below, it’s easier than you think 🎉🎉

● Heat oil in a large pot(medium-high)

● Add cabbage and onion

● Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until starting to wilt and brown

● Add potatoes, carrots, broth and 1 tsp salt

● Bring to a boil

● Reduce heat to medium-low, uncovered

● Stir occasionally until potatoes and carrots are tender(around 20 minutes)

● Remove pot from heat, stir in 1 tsp salt and sour cream

● Sprinkle with dill (optional)
